The ‘Good Luck’ sneaker featured as part of the Gallery Dept. x Vans collection features distressed detailing with branding logos and multiple phrases adorning the Vans Old Skool shoe as the design. Lettering such as “Fine Drinks’, ‘Earth Crimes”, ‘Panic’ and ‘Computer Crimes’ are scattered along the sneaker in alternating black and white colours with various fonts.

The ordinary white stripes on the Vans Old Skool sneakers are substituted with a fuzzy red fabric in their place. Moreover, along the lower sides, the repeating logo of Gallery Dept. can be found with the Vans off-the-wall logo primarily on the back of the midsole. The notable yellow laces, which add a contrasting pop of colour, feature the phrase ‘Good Luck!’ in black.

The LA-based label Gallery Dept. showcases a unique vision of fusing innovative art with vintage elements. Designer and founder of Gallery Dept. Josue Thomas focuses on creating unisex clothing that exudes originality and artistic creativity within each garment, creating favourable streetwear fashion favoured by celebrities and streetwear fanatics alike.
